HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

NeatShark partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that we offer unbeatable prices by cutting out the middleman and shipping from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. 

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 1-5 weeks to arrive - see details below:

Please allow up to 8-15 business days from the purchase date for your parcel to arrive for US orders.
Australia and Canada shipping time: 8-20 business days.
Rest of world: 1-5 weeks.

Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way (please check the 'Order lookup' section to track your order)  :)

We offer international shipping options too - no matter where you are, you can buy from us!

 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. If you did not receive the order tracking number, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

If you're buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! Note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.

Note: if for some reason your order is never released by customs, we'll send you a replacement!

 

IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE WITH MY PERSONAL INFORMATION

Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

 

IMPORT TAX & DUTY?

Sometimes import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once the package arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. For further details on charges, please contact your country's customs office.
